My experience at The Vision Co. was optimal. Dr. Nguyen was awesome and the team was able to get me set up with everything I needed. The support staff was friendly and succinct, and most importantly, very helpful. I had Celeste in particular took the time to help me through the math so I got the most bang for my buck. Jimmy got me my glasses promptly and they came in perfect condition (perfectly sized and balanced) which is more than I can say about the previous places I've tried. Needless to say, I was a very satisfied customer

I switched to The Vision Co. Eye Care & Optical this year and Dr. Nguyen has been AMAZING. She helped me sort through my insurance without making my brain hurt (5 stars just for that), was super flexible with scheduling, and made the whole process ridiculously easy.
Plot twist: My favorite glasses got stolen. I sent her a random photo of me wearing them like, "Is this even possible?" She somehow found the exact pair online for me. I'm convinced she has optometrist superpowers.
The exams are thorough, professional, and efficient -- but also fun. Where else can you read the tiniest line of letters AND debate pickleball strategy in the same appointment?

They had a great selection of frames to choose from and all the staff were super friendly from the moment we walked in all the way to purchasing our glasses/contacts. My son and I have been coming here the past 3 years. Dr. Nguyen is very thorough and informative about our prescription and medical status. The staffs and opticians were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit each and every time especially the opticians who helped us pick out the best frame, lens and lens options for the perfect pair of glasses. I didn't get the gentleman who who helped us with our lens selections but he was fantastic and had great people skills with customers. Service was top notch.

Best experience I have had at any Optometrist I've even been to in the 4 yrs since moving to Houston. They went above and beyond by accepting to use the frame I brought, And getting the first of two paired ordered in 6 says!!! I've been wearing glasses since I was 11yrs old and no optician has ever done it in 1 week because I needed it ASAP for travel. They even recognized a picture of my older sister and cousin who referred me to them. Dr. Nguyen has a gentle, measured presence and she is an active participant of her practice. All the associates in there are friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Natalie who helped me from the day I walked in a new patient to yesterday when I picked up my first pair. They have earned my trust and loyalty until I move out of state!
