Therapeutic Optometry, Optometric Glaucoma Specialist

I went to this office because it was very near my home and they were a *super provider* in network but I am less than impressed by the experience and won't be back next year. The optical tech did most of the work/ exam. The doctor was not particularly personable or helpful. The opticians while nice weren't overly helpful either. In my experience it's their job to help you pick the best frame for you (Will it work with your prescription? Will this properly fit your face?) I know most people are worried about aesthetics and with glasses you have to balance functionality and aesthetics but when I need my glasses to see and I am wearing them 16+ hours a day I absolutely have to have functional glasses. At this point I'm questioning why I bothered to get new glasses because my outdated ones do a better job than my new ones.

The technicians and doctors at this place are very accommodating and helpful. I felt taken care of and liked the customer service I received. The glasses technician, Clarence, is also VERY dedicated to making sure you get the most out of your glasses selection. I am glad this is my new vision place.
