Dr. Sanchez and his staff have provided me with the absolute best service for years. The doctor is very informative and has always helped me with any issues I have had. I will certainly continue to come here for many more years.

Maybe the doctor is good but the staff secretary seems annoy 2/13/2026 you got to understand english and spanish is not the same would of love to talk to the optometrist on phone but these is america they really scared potential customers away front receptionist could learn manners like vista eye care and optometrist replying to and email

This is my all favorite! They are wonderful & understanding, I only get 1 day off a week & they manage to fit me in despite no appointment. The glasses selection is amazing & prices are great. These employees each & every one are wonderful & are so appreciated.

Dr. Sanchez and his staff are great and always provide a pleasant experience. The doctor is very detailed when explaining his diagnosis. It brings comfort knowing my provider looks out for the best interest of his patients. Wait time has always been minimal. Office is very clean. The eyeglass selection also has a wide range to choose from. I would recommend this office for your optometry needs.

The staff, Ms.Gaby and Mr.Martin, are always a great help and make my experience purchasing glasses and contacts an easy one. Dr. Sanchez is one of the best in his field. His office manager Gabby is tremendous as well. You will get the most thorough eye exam and he will continue to get it absolutely perfect until you see your best.

I was in Houston for work from out of town. I had lost my glasses at the airport and was in desperate need to be able to see. From the initial call to getting my glasses, I experienced nothing but exceptional service. When I called, I was greeted by Gaby who was amazing to give me an appointment the very same day. I walked in and everybody was very nice. Then, I went in to get my eye exam and Dr. Sanch Viez was AMAZING. I had never had such a thorough eye exam in the past like this one. He ensured to perfect my prescription. He is the kind of doctor that connects with his patients in a very professional way. For the first time, thanks to Dr. Sanchez, I get to use progressive lenses and it's been a life changer. Because of my circumstances, I was able to get glasses to see while I was driving. As soon as I got home, I got my progressive glasses. There's no doubt, I will go back next year for my eye exam. I recommend this place to everybody who is looking for a new doctor.
