Melissa and Natalie are super friendly at front desk, I felt in great hands to ask them for opinions on my new glasses. They were very helpful and asked questions to see what I'd like to help narrow choices down. They made me feel like we've always been friends, especially bc MY friends weren't answering quick enough to help They're great at customer service and professional when it comes to your exams, appointments and reminders. Doctor Lee, also made me feel welcomed after a year of missing my exam. His presence felt calming and he took care of my exam quick and simple, which I loved. 10/10 great staffing and peaceful! Thanks ladies and Doctor Lee at pillars !

I love everything about this place, stating with the amazing receptionist Melissa that has been always there to help me with every single thing I need and the other girls too, they service is amazing and professional, the shipping is incredible I got my glasses on the same week we ordered them I can't even ask for more! They're just so good Thank you!

I have been coming here ever since I've been a child, they had a location near my apartment, but they recently moved to The Pillars and I'm so blessed to have such an amazing eye doctor, Dr. Tran! She always makes me feel comfortable, so nice, and I always leave with a smile on my face after visiting this location. Melissa and Natalie always greet me whenever I come in and they're literally so nice and funny, they make me feel less anxious and they help you with every step of the way with any issues you may have. Natalie was amazing the last time I visited, she recommend this frame (I don't usually do thin, Harry Potter style glasses), but best believe Melissa and Natalie hyped me up and I gain such a confidence boost knowing that, that frame looked good on me! I love this location and wouldn't trade it for anywhere else! P.S. My mom and my little brother love Melissa and Natalie, they're the best!

Walked in to potentially get an eye exam from them, asked for pricing details and was rudely and aggressively told that if I want to view their glasses I have to give them my identification. The associate was very nasty with how she demanded that I give them my ID and pointed at their sign as if to say if you don't like it, there is the sign and you can leave. I came in with every intention of paying in the near future as I need glasses and are more than capable of purchasing today but after the way I was treated, I would never spend a dollar nor step foot in their again. The associate's name was Melissa and she couldn't wait to get with her other clients that spoke Spanish and that I'm sure she's better suited to serve. I was definitely profiled and made to feel unwanted as a customer.

We were impressed by how well-equipped and modern the facility is. It is a clean, warm, welcoming atmosphere. We tried another Today's Vision closer to home when we moved, but we just had to come back because the other place couldn't compare to Dr Tran and her staff. Here, you will always find warm smiles and a kind attitude. Dr. Tran deserves special recognition for her attentiveness to my eye concerns, treating me with the care and compassion as if I were her own family. Her high level of professionalism and expertise reaffirmed that we made the right choice in coming back to your office. They display the golden rule recorded in Matthew 7:12: "In everything, do to others as you would have them do to you." I had an excellent, topnotch experience at Today's Vision The Pillars this evening. Dr. Tran was amazing and superb as she always is and made me feel right at home with her knowledge, expertise and friendliness during my eye exam. I also had an amazing experience in selecting a new pair of glasses. Melissa and Natalie spent a lot of time with me in choosing the just right pair of glasses for me. They were patient, professional, kind, and made my experience in choosing glasses an exceptional one. They both displayed tremendous knowledge and poise in my view, and went above and beyond in helping me.
