Rude and broke my glasses. Had to tape the lens back together after my last visit No change in perscription but cataract. How would i ever trust a group of people to remove a cataract after sending me home with broken frames. Not broken when I arrived for my appointment At time-of appointment lady said I did not get glasses from them. Well, i am in my 70's without vision insurance on a tight budget Saved $400.00 going elsewhere My daughter highly recommended your store to me.

Would give a minus 10 if I could. This place sucks , customer service is horrible. I went there to get new lenses for my glasses. I was told that my lenses would be ready in a week or two . I received a message last Thursday that my lenses were in . I was at work and was not getting off work before that store closed . I called and told them I would not be able to get there until Monday, they said that was fine I could come anytime that was convenient for me. I got there Monday morning and was told I could not get my lenses put in because the lens technician was off that day , something they did not tell me when I called the previous Thursday to say I would be there on Monday. they told me I could leave my frames and they would call me later that day or Tuesday morning . I told them I could not leave my frames because I have a conditional license which requires me to wear my glasses while driving, I told them I would come back Tuesday morning . I went back Tuesday morning and was told I still could not get my lenses put in because the lens technician was not only off on Monday but was off on Tuesday because his birthday was the previous weekend , so it's now been over a week since I've been told that my lenses were in and I still have not gotten them, meanwhile I have already paid the $400 bill for these lenses and I cannot use them , after a phone call and two visits they did not tell me that this lens technician was not going to be there Monday or Tuesday. what if I had to take off work to come and get these lenses , I would have wasted time off from work Monday and time off work on Tuesday because they did not have the decency to tell me when I originally called that the lab text was not going to be there either day , worst customer service ever , do not use this place

ZERO' stars is a more accurate rating for this place!!! I suggested to my wife she go to Texas State Optical here in Liberty, TX, and I am SO REGRETFUL I did! The front office staff is a joke!! Incompetent and unprofessional is putting it mildly. Over $600 later, multiple trips back to get the issues fixed, and my wife is still having problems with her glasses. They have a 2.6 review rating and most all the comments are about the front office staff. This is the perfect example of reading reviews before you depend depend on a name! In my opinion, the best thing this company could do is sell to a more professional and customer focused company!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TSO ! Dr Yew office on FM 1488 Magnolia Tx are incompetent and REFUSE to honor Mfg frame warranty. They replaced the earpiece about 16 months ago and now refuse to repair them. Both the receptionist & office mngr have no clue about Silhouette eyewear repairs or Mfg warranty.

My friend glasses were falling apart to point they were held up with a safety clip and a shoe string. I took him today to Texas City Heath to try to get new glass and they couldn't help him they refeered him to a place in Galveston who could do something on the 23rd. So God spoke to me in my spirit and said to go to a eye glass place and see if someone could help him. First place told him $500.00, I was convinced of what God spoke to me so we went to TSO 2702 Palmer Hwy. Before walking in I asked God to move on the heart of the people to help him and to give us favor. When we walked in the girl at the front desk insistently took his old lenses to the back and found a pair of new frames. She only charged me 20.00 for his frames. You can't tell me Jesus isn't real. All glory to God! If we wouldn't have put our faith out there and gave up after the first try we would have missed our blessing! Never give up on something God gives you!

Very disappointed. Very rude staff. UNAuthorized charges on my credit card. Demamding a full refund on the charges on my card. Filing charges on company, owner and employees. If you're thinking of choosing Tso please reconsider it. You will be strongly disappointed and always treated poorly by the doctor's, staff and anyone else that is involved with this company/franchise.

It's Impossible to get any one to answer the phone to get any help. My $250.00 rebate offer ends Dec 31, we have been trying to get the refund since September it's useless as corporate office is.
