My sister had an appointment scheduled this morning for 10:30am. She received a confirmation text at 9am that had nothing but a confirmation for the name and time. No address or anything else. We arrived at 10:15 only to find out they had moved. After getting the new address from the security guard she called to let them know that we arrived to the old location that is still currently on Google and to tell them we were on the way. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude to my sister who is a traveling nurse that left her job and flew in town just for this appointment and she is returning today. I have never heard anyone speak to a customer as rudely as he did to my sister. This is completely unacceptable. If he doesn't want to be there or assist people that are trying to find a solution to an issue that is no fault of their own but actually the fault of the business for not updating their address or informing the patient that it has changed, then he should find something else to do. I do not have the guys name but I'm sure he has probably been rude to others as well.

When the Clinic was located off of Main st. At the Casa de Amigos location the staff was much more prepared and attentive. Now, they take longer and do not do thorough exams as before. Staff needs to be more attentive and not make people loose time.

Serving the Community well. Still safely helping all of those in need.

We like the nurse Tatiana, my daughter and I agreed that she was very nice.
