Horrible experience trying to get anyone to even answer the phone waiting over an hour and half. Wish they had a better system to call you back when you are next on the list or even tell you an estimated wait time! Do they only have one person back there who answers the phone? Should not take more than 5 mins per caller to set up an appointment or ask them questions about your vision benefits wth???

Has Carteret removed in both eyes. Surgery was good in both eyes, had minor problems. The biggest problem is recheching your vision the appointment are so late in afternoons. They tell you that they will call you for the next appointment and they don't.
Now trying to get the eye clinic is ever harder. I have been calling for to weeks put on hold from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Is this how va treat their patients.
