Very thorough, very good bedside manners, very caring and empathetic, very knowledgeable! She explained my issues and made several recommendations for me. I appreciated her attentiveness to my concerns. I felt she was very thorough, like no other optometrist that I had seen before. She is very nice and caring! I do highly recommend going to her for your eye exam! The prices are reasonable!

Vicki Vo saw both of my children a few months ago, separate appointments. She was great with both! Softly and clearly spoke to them directly, rather than over them to me. Helped them understand what she was doing and was patient with their responses. Her staff was kind as well. Appointment was quick but not rushed. Definitely recommend!

Made a 12 o'clock appointment a week ago. We showed up before noon, filled out paperwork and sat for over an hour and still didn't get brought back. I was told it would still be 20+ minutes so we left. Why make an appointment if I will wait an hour and a half before we are seen? We left. My time is just as important.

I used to be really happy with this place, been going for 4-5 years. Initially I had a great experiences, but the last time was pretty poor. I was prescribed contacts and glasses, after being unhappy with how the contacts fit I tried to call back to make a new appointment and was unable to reach anyone(during the normal business hours). I tried to 4 more times over about a week to call and make an appointment before I finally got a hold of someone. Then when I finally got a them on the phone, the person I spoke to was taken aback when I said that I wasn't happy with my prescription. She said there likely wasn't anything they could do and wouldn't make me an appointment to get re-checked without first consulting with the doctor on it. I decided to go somewhere else and am very happy that I did so, I do not feel that my business is valued here any more.

Dr. Vi has been seeing my family for about 10 years. She is very friendly, patient, and understand her patients needs. She truly shows her passion of what she chose as her career through my family. She also is direct if something is going on with your eyes because she cares. Thanks Dr. Vo.
