I had the most horrendous painful eye condition that brought me to Dr Victoria Chin at Mann Eye Institute. She assessed my multiple eye issues with patience and care. She recommended a thorough plan of treatment which I followed meticulously. Years of eye pain, due to a variety of issues, are now behind me. I am immensely grateful to her, and her entire team. She took time to listen to my concerns, and demonstrated skill, knowledge and persistence to solve my chronic eye pain. Thank you Dr. Chin and team!

This clinic prioritizes efficiency over the quality of healthcare. Initially, the staff may seem friendly and helpful, but it quickly becomes apparent that their core value is efficiency. I was told that fulfilling a promise to a patient is considered "a waste of the company's time." Several reviews indicate that this clinic is primarily run by assistants. If these assistants are well-trained, they could effectively balance efficiency and patient care. However, the emphasis on efficiency is so pronounced that I was assigned a junior assistant twice during my contact lens appointment, who didn't know how to remove contact lenses. They failed to send my prescription to a local Walgreens, so I had to follow up with them for several days because they were too busy to send it. The doctor later admitted that she had made a mistake with my prescription and called me the next day to return to the clinic so she could correct it. The staff only does the bare minimum during visits to maintain efficiency. This clinic operates on a large bureaucratic scale and places excessive emphasis on employee efficiency. It is unusual for things to go wrong during every single visit, as most issues could be prevented. However, they choose to sacrifice patient care for the sake of efficiency.

Terribly unprofessional, she's been holding my contacts prescription hostage for a week. She messed up and wrote the wrong contact lens brand I called to have it fixed and she refuses to fix it. Now l'm unable to order contacts until she corrects it. Not sure what she does all day as the assistants do the whole eye exam and she just comes in at the end anyway. Not sure why she doesn't have time to correct her own mistakes. I've had good experiences with Mann Eye for years but my experience with her has made me want to never go there again. Super disappointing. Feel bad for their customer service as they keep telling me they're contacting her to fix it and she doesn't respond to their requests.

Hands down sahar is the best counselor there. No doubt about that. Go see her and see for your self. If I say anymore my wife will kill me lol

I have the upmost respect and knowledge that she is one of the beat optometrist in the Country. She changed my life.
