Vision Concept

I'm so glad Vision Concept moved close to FM1960 and Eldridge area. I decided to try them out because I was tired of my old ophthalmologist, who always seemed overbooked with a new staff. The office and equipment was outdated. The worst is I had to wait at least 1.5 hour for my appointments every time, and they often made excuses, being rude claiming it was an emergency when it really wasn't. They were just overbooked, treating patients like cattle and rushing through the appointments. Then the worst part is charged me extra for a copy of my eye exam prescription. Dr. Doan's office was refreshing--clean, modern, and equipped with the latest eye care technology. I was pleasantly surprised by how minimal the wait time was; it took just five minutes to complete the registration form, as they already had my insurance information from my initial call. I took the additional retina test for prevention using their new technology, and within five minutes, I was able to see my results on the screen. Dr. Doan and the staff were caring and straightforward, clearly explaining everything so I could make the best decisions regarding my eye care. Dr. Doan is now my new optometrist.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is very quick, friendly, and genuinely caring. They got me in and out even as a walk-in, which I really appreciated. This was my second visit, and the experience was just as great as the first. I'll definitely be bringing my kids here next. They've earned our family's trust!

It was truly an amazing experience. They took their time and answered all my questions, including some I did not know I had. I can't remember a better experience anywhere, especially at a medical office. I definitely recommend them!

Do yourself a favor and use Vision Concept for all ophthalmic related services! The entire staff makes each appointment we've ever had a pleasurable experience. We love them so much, that we arrange our appointments around our Houston return trips.

I couldn't be more pleased with my visit. The entire experience was superb, from the outstanding service to the doctor's professionalism. I particularly valued the reassurance I was given before and after my appointment, which made me feel completely at ease. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this practice.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Doan and everyone that works in the office. I had an issue with my eye and I called hoping to get an appointment that same day; and they got me in. They were professional yet very friendly and I felt like they really cared about my problem. I had a thorough check up and was happy with the plan for my treatment. Saw Dr. Doan for my annual eye exam and had a very pleasant experience, the staff was friendly and attentive but not pushy. Dr.Doan was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend checking out this office, they also have some great glasses frames!

I absolutely love my Vision Concept, my optometrist!!! Every time I come back to have my vision checked. They get my vision accurate. I switched to contact lenses and have never used them. They did not leave my side until I was comfortable taking them in and out of my eyes! Now I'm a pro. Please give Vision Concept a chance to serve you.
