Monday 9-18-2017 From the time I called maria was so professional and able to get me a same day appointment Hector finished processing my paperwork Dr. John Dang is amazing he not only did my exam but informed me on my vision where I understood completely Valerie helped me pick out my frames even (I think I tried on the entire store lol) and was polite to my husband while he helped pick out my frames as well I chose the BEBE frames and they are so pretty I just got the call today that my glasses are READY even though they said it could be a little over a week SO Proficient thank you all I will definitely recommend vision max to all

My experience here with this eye clinic was the BOMB !!! They care about you it's not like any other clinic I've been too before where they just check your eyes and your put with out an explanation of why you needed them, this clinic really does CARE. I went in with my husband and he was given contacts . When we left and got into the car he cried, because for the first time in 7 years he was actually able to see. What I really love about this clinic is that everyone was so nice and sweet. They're prices are great and affordable I would definitely recommend this eye clinic to everyone I know!!

I love Vision Max Northshore!!! Any time I visit the staff is very professional. They offer specials and discounts often. They're more than willing to assist when necessary. I recommend these guys to anyone in need of contact lenses, exams, glasses, etc. I never go anywhere else. They're my extended family! Go see Dr. John Dang, and he office staff Krista and Maria!!

not going back to this place again...... i should have read the reviews before going there.... this why reviews matter... so if you plan to go there, go ahead but I suggest you read all the reviews that way you know what to expect... based on the reviews they are so slow and yes we did experience it.... On top of that, they made a mistake with our billing and they wanted to get my credit card info over the phone. I was like why would I give you my credit card information over the phone when you just made a mistake while I was there in front of you. what is my assurance that you wouldn't make a mistake again. They said if I wouldn't do it then they will report me to the insurance. I was like I am not saying I wouldn't pay for it I said I wouldn't be comfortable paying it over the phone. So instead of apologizing and owning up to their mistake, they would rather threaten me. Horrible experience ever!!!!

Great place. Friendly staff. Huge selection of glasses. The doctor was very patient and took time to explain everything. I've gone back several times and always recommend them to family and coworkers.
