Very professional, caring service. Dr. Chang really takes the time to explain exam results and suggests needed services with clear data to illustrate why they are needed. Her support staff are very professional and the office is very modern and clean.

They appear to not value customer time... I went on to get tested, having submitted all of the forms they required beforehand, only to have them see someone else at my appointment time. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I had to leave because they were still with the other person(s) - yes, they chose to see a family over my slot. Wait, that'a not all. Now, they are telling me to resubmit the very forms I already submitted! Did they lose them?! They appear to love playing text games, too, always needing something, having lost some, wasting my time. Goodbye!

Visiting from out of town, and developed an eye issue. The staff was wonderful about fitting me in ASAP. The staff was friendly and very thorough. I highly recommend Vision Source on Gessner!

Never a wait for appointments. A very caring team. Dr Chang goes out of her way to ensure your eyes are completely taken care of.

To keep it short and sweet....I like Dr. Chang however, Vision Source tried to screw me over on some frames. I was quoted a price of $569 on frames (ONLY) that are $379 EVERYWHERE ELSE. To make it look like they weren't upcharging and adding a discount, they included my insurance allowance to bring the price down to $309 OUT OF POCKET. Now from my understanding these frames are to be priced the same at every location it is being sold. I went to another place and got everything plus some add ons for way cheaper than what I was quoted for the bare minimum. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Vision Source for anything!!!!

My son had an eye exam and was fitted for new glasses. walking in the office was very clean and the staff is very polite. This is our 1st visit with this clinic and my son was nervous. The Dr. was awesome. He made my son smile and very comfortable. This was a great visit. I will go back for myself and the rest of the Family. Good job Vision Source Spring Branch!!!!!!!

This was easily the best eye exam I've had in years. Dr Sarah is nothing but amazing and thorough. She explained everything that she was doing and for that, I'm so very grateful, especially since I have high anxiety.

My yearly vision check-up was easy to schedule, and the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. It is nice to have a neighborhood doctor (right by Starbucks & the HEB). Dr. Chang explained my eye health clearly. I appreciate her expertise and warm manner. We have been seeing Dr. Chang for 4 years and are very pleased with our eye care.
