I haven't had glasses in 2 years and I really need a new prescription and glasses so I decided to come here since it was close to my house and had great reviews. I came with my 9 month old but they were very accommodating and so nice. I really love how I was treated by the staff. They are so open and friendly. I was able to to get a new prescription and new glasses in no time and there wasn't any hassle or extra fees. I will definitely be back again. I appreciate the professionalism and care.

Wouldn't go back here. Felt more like a salesman than a doctor. They didn't tell me there was issues with my insurance so I paid regular price for my exams. Then the doctor didn't even tell me if my scans looked good. He just tried to sell me vitamins and switch me to daily contacts which are crazy expensive. I didn't bother asking because I wanted to leave and I assume he would tell me if something looked worrying. He also kept questioning why I hadn't been here before and where I have been before. It was annoying. I had to order my contacts separately due to insurance issues and I've had two rip after one use already. After I decided I didn't want the daily's he became short.

The first pair of glasses are Never Correct in four years of going to the Aldine location. It's always a reason why they can't be evenly switched. The first time I paid for designer frames which where not a good fit, I gave them back and purchased new ones. The Prescription that was written so that I can purchase glasses online doesn't include all information needed. This time MD recommended tent however I don't care for Transition lens and asked for the lightest tint available, the Rep stated that she understood. These glasses are shades and who walks around at work and church with shades on. So disappointed.
