Dr. Desai and all of the staff are amazing. My 3yo had an emergency and she treated him immediately, relieving his pain. Fantastic bedside manner, especially for kids. Cannot recommend her enough!

Upon arrival at this doctor's office, I was surprised to learn that a $59 eye scan/dilation fee is required to be seen. This fee was not mentioned during the appointment booking process. While I appreciate the office's ability to accommodate my last-minute appointment, the unexpected fee and traffic inconvenience were unwelcome. Consequently, I will be looking for a doctor who provides transparent pricing.

Dr. Desai and her staff are courteous, highly professional, and knowledgeable when it comes to my eye needs! I thoroughly enjoy my visits to Vision Source Memorial because I feel cared for and seen as a patient (no pun intended). Shoutout to Alex on Dr. Desai's staff for always taking the time to answer any questions I may have about my appointment, prescription, insurance benefits, and order information :)

Dr. Desai is by far the nicest and most caring eye doctor I've ever seen. She takes a lot of time to explain what's going on with your vision and is happy to explain anything over again. She clearly knows a ton about overall health and how it can change your vision and is passionate about the experience and health of her patients. She's got me as a patient for life!

I went in to this office for an emergency visit because I felt like I had something in my eye. I picked this location because it is close to my place of employment and they were willing to work me in. I was seen promptly at the time of my appointment. I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Desai. She took a thorough medical history and did a complete exam. She found the problem, described it to me in detail and carefully discussed my treatment options. I felt heard, seen, and I am truly impressed with my experience and this doctor. If you are looking for the best, this is it!

I'm not surprised to see so many glowing reviews for Dr. Desai and her team. Dr. Desai, Alex, and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. They consistently make me and my family feel like their number one priority. Dr. Desai's exams are more thorough than any I've experienced before, and she has incredible patience when it comes to explaining every detail and answering all my questions. I highly recommend their practice for anyone seeking top-notch eye care!

I was a prior patient of another vision source for years but I moved and now they were no longer a vision source location and needed to find another eye doctor close to me.. Well vision source memorial is around the corner and decided to check them out. Wow highly impressed at the amazing customer service by all the staff and Dr Desai was the absolute sweetest! My vision check up was overdue after my second pregnancy and of course moms, we wait until the last minute to take care of our needs lol.. I went over my health history and issues after this pregnancy and Dr Desai had a good heart to heart talk in general truly wanting to get to know me as a new patient and that goes a long way - I've had a rough last few months and she made a nice compliment to me and I had little water in my eyes low key LOL most doctors are quick to rush and not truly get to know you and I was just super impressed. I loved how they were able to offer me pay half to get my glasses started and said I could call it in when I'm ready (hopefully in the next week lol) I try to do reviews more often but I usually forget but made sure not to forget leaving one here. The zero wait time also was amazing. I was surprised that the wait time wasn't long or more busy. Great location, great care - highly recommend!
