Excellent experience from start to finish! I was greeted immediately upon entrance. I must say that everyone that I interacted with, were friendly and efficient while I was there.
After Korbin verified the amount that my insurance would cover, she assisted me with 6 or 7 frames that I selected. She made the whole experience easy and stress-free.
She helped me narrow it down and gave honest feedback without no pressure, just genuine help.
She even remembered little details I mentioned and made sure everything fit comfortably .
Thanks again, Korbin you made a usually nervous event into something actually enjoyable!

Wow! What great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place! Also do not believe some of the low ratings posted. These low ratings do not reflect on the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. It's not their fault some insurances do not play nice and they do not control them. Educate yourself on what your insurance covers before going or ask the associate there to get prices for you based on your insurance before making the purchase.

After overpaying by $200 because they were out of network after I asked I'm disappointed; my fault I should have did my own research - Visionworks has a go around way to file even on out of network. I should have paid $70 for my lens but because they were all about their sales and not the customer - I paid $255 for my lens not knowing they were out of network. I asked Thaddeus to confirm and he said yes they were in network too bad I hope the sale and lie was worth it .. because I will spread the word

Had an emergency. Another eye dr.'s office staff had done a very poor job of putting in new lenses into my current frames. They essentially introduced cracks and the frame eventually broke. I found my backup pair of frames, while older, were intact. Brought the older frame, the newer broken frame and the new lenses to Visionworks. Jessica looked over everything and told me that she was hesistant as it was possible that the old frames may break...but I was out of options, and told her to proceed anyways. The woman made a miracle happen and got the new lenses transfered into the older frames.
Y'all got a new customer. I'll be back. Kudos to Jessica. Sandra - GM, you buy that woman some lunch!
