had a very bad experience at this Vision location. I paid a lot of money for my glasses, but when I went to pick them up, the staff just handed them to me with no case accessories or cleaning cloth. When I asked about the cleaning cloth, they told me they didn't have any, and the way they said it was very rude.
The customer service was extremely unprofessional. One of the employees rolled her eyes and acted like helping customers was a problem. No one seemed interested in assisting or answering questions.
After spending that much money, I expected basic customer service and respect. Instead, the staff were rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was expecting to have a glasses salesman just trying to upsell me. But she was no pressure, friendly, and I felt 100% confident in my choice of glasses thanks to Monique. Expect a wait if you're coming to this location though, seems like a wait time can easily build with even 1 person ahead of you
