Out of all my years looking for one place to get an eye exam and glasses I finally found a place I feel welcomed and valued. Nef was exceptionally phenomenal! Greeted as I belonged (I fight anxiety so this helps ) he aided me in finding glasses saw my personality maybe it was the purple/blue hair but showed me things I feel fit my vibe. We finally found a pair and normally I struggle he gave his input size and fit, walking me through the whole process! I am only returning to whatever location he is response for this man needs to be a trainer! As a person in higher management I'd hire him in a heartbeat (so if interested in selling hair color a job waits for you!) my last visit was with channelview and let me say horrible experience!

I'm genuinely heartbroken and frustrated with this place. I bought a pair of eyeglasses, and within just two years the lenses started developing a cloudy film from the edges that kept spreading. When I brought them back hoping for help, they simply shrugged and told me there was nothing they could do.
What hurts even more is that I have other glasses -- some over six years old from different retailers -- and none of them have ever had issues like this.
This experience made me feel completely let down. I trusted them, and instead I walked away feeling ignored and cheated.
