I was greeted instantly once I stepped inside the door. They informed me that my COH insurance coverage went up to 200 dollars and showed me glasses on display. Once I decided on new glasses I was assisted by Vicky. The entire experience was very pleasant and easy

Unnacceptable service here. The Optical Supervisor Vikki was very distasteful and rude to me today. I was told that she could assist me and when she finally finished doing what she was doing she look up and sighed and said how can I help you. She clearly looked frustrated and I politely said hello and she looked at me and would not speak at all. Very rude. And she was not very kind. She did not instruct me and did not provide a pen to me to sign with without me asking for one when I she told me to sign. I asked her what pen to use and she shrugged her shoulders. I am very disappointed in this service today. I will not be back to the Vision Works location. And I would not recommend them or at least not her to assist you
It does not cost anything to be polite.
One thing I do want to note is there is a gentleman who welcomed me in who was very kind and courteous. Thank you to him. Vikki you need to learn from him. Prayers for you. I pray that Lord touches your heart and help you to treat your customers with more respect. And I pray the Lord blesses you.
