I had an outstanding experience thanks to the exceptional service provided Dr Cathy Nyugen and James. Both were highly professional, extremely friendly, and incredible knowledgeable about all the products and options available. Their courteous attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to answer all my questions, guided me through the best choices for my needs, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit it's rare to find someone who delivers perfect service from start to finish, but they truly did. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and stress free eyeglass and contacts shopping experience. Exceptional service!

This is the most amazing clinic i've been to, by far. Every one of Dr. Nguyen's staff was so friendly and personable. Dr. Nguyen explained things to me that no other doctor had before. I'll never go to another. When it was time to pick out frames and order everything James waited on me and he was absolutely phenomenal! Very friendly and didn't put on pressure like most places do. This was truly the greatest experience i've had and i look forward to continue going to them in the future. I've recommended them to every single one of my coworkers that's looking for a new place to get their eyes checked. :)

Dr. Cathy Nguyen was amazing. Friendly, explained everything, fantastic knowledge and ability to speak in layman's terms. Fabrina was also wonderful. Best eye doctor experience I've ever had! Next door, Jazmyn helped me select frames and lenses. She made the process so easy for a first time glasses customer.

There's always a variety of frames. However, there is one that I miss dearly. Please bring back BCBG!!!! Customer service was amazing as usual! I look forward to working with Sabrina, David, and James every year!! They always help my family to pick out the perfect frames. Kudos to all 3 and keep up the great work!! It's very nice to be greeted upon entry and also receive top notch customer service as it is certainly a rarity nowadays.

Dr. Nguyen and staff are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable. Kind, compassionate and caring. As well as knowledgeable and professional. My experience was excellent.

Office was very clean. Staff very professional and helpful. Dr. Cathy Nguyen was very knowledgeable, informative and provided options for my care. I am a disabled person and the Staff and Doctor made my visit very comfortable. Retail Staff was also very helpful and professional. James assisted me and took the time to explain each option.

Expert service, they have many years experience and know exactly how to guide me into the best pair of glasses; from selection, to proper fitting...and Dr Cathy Nguyen is the best in the business. Very kind and attentive, expert knowledge...my eye Dr for life, I wouldn't see anyone else!

My wife loves Dr. Cathy Nguyen and has had great success with her, however Dr. Hanh T. Chapman comes in part time and she is horrible. She at one point told my younger wife she had glaucoma, which Dr. Nguyen later ruled out, and just today I came in to check on some eye irritation and rather than talking with me about the issue and my concerns of a potential infection, I got lectured on how bad contacts are to wear and she insisted that was the cause of my issues. Didnt bother to actually address my questions and clarifications and would keep repeating the same lines about contacts and used the term "contact wearers" as something almost derogatory. Its like she expects people to just listen to whatever she says no questions asked, regardless if it makes sense or not. Seriously tried telling me one a day contacts were just as filled with bacteria as long term wear ones. Just a joke of a professional and not sure why anyone would want her working at their optometrist office as her contacts crusade probably costs them tons of high margin business when people believe her. Im sure Dr. Nguyen is great, so just dont go here on Wednesdays when this other lady shows up.
