Very dissatisfied with the service I receive this time I been a customer for so long since my kids start wearing glasses and never got a problem . But this time I went on the 29th of October to order thru warranty my son glasses today 11/11/25 I call to check on the order I was told they normally take a week when I tell her I been waiting almost 2weeks I was informed that my order was placed on the 7th OMG . My kid been out of school due to not glasses since the 29th when I went to drop them off . Wow I going to talk tomorrow to Mrs Montalvo since they say she's the manager . . (Update ) I want to thank Mrs Montalvo for stepping up and taking care of my issue like a true leader. I really appreciate that you take your time to call me this morning and talk to me .
