Warby Parker Rice Village

I had a fantastic experience today and was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They genuinely liked helping customers and working together. I was also impressed with the cost. I went to another store first and didn't want to spend so much on rimless glasses that I'll use as backup to my contacts. The Warby Parker option was still the style I wanted, they took my insurance and was 10 times less than the other quote. I called my sister on my way home in shock. Oh and because I knew exactly the style I wanted, it only took 15 minutes! Really impressed with the whole experience!

I really enjoyed shopping at Warby Parker. They had an extensive selection of stylish frames at reasonable prices. Jaye's assistance with finding the perfect frame was invaluable. She was a pleasure to work with and even filed my insurance claim on my behalf. Looking forward to wearing my new glasses!

Had a wonderful experience selecting and ordering my glasses. Stop in here two different times before finally deciding on what to buy. Both times the staff was warm, inviting, friendly, and helpful. Even when busy the staff make sure to greet and check in on me as I was browse. When I ordered the staff worked to ensure I'd receive my glasses in a timely manner. The customer and service from the moment I made the appointment to the moment I walked through the door. The staff was so attentive and detail and was willing to answer all my questions. They have a great eyeglass and sunglasses selection that is unisex and the appearance of the store along with the packages is just beautiful. Now when we get to the pricing for the experience it's even better. To think that I've been paying $300-$400 for my son's eyeglasses and exams to paying under $200 during this visit. I highly recommend this be your place for your eye care.

I have purchased several pairs of glasses at WP. I have always been satisfied with the glasses. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the store has a very nice selection of glasses. Having eye exams available is a plus for some people. I would highly recommend WP since I am a return customer. I feel the staff is honest with their feedback regarding what styles look best on the customer without being pushy. Although I spent more than anticipated adding certain features to my latest pair, at no point did I feel pushed to spend more money. I feel the staff is there to help and serve the client's needs rather than encourage the client to spend money. Overall, a very positive experience. I anticipate I will be very happy with my new glasses and return in the future.

Absolutely amazing and fast online booking beforehand, and attentive, informative technicians on hand in store. The exam was quick and thorough, with a very technologically sophisticated approach. Plus, beautiful choices for frames at greet prices!

I know the online store is attractive but you honestly won't regret going in-person. I met the most amazing worker named Jordan who helped me try on frames for at least an hour. She helped me work out my insurance questions and was even naming frames off the top of her head based on my feedback. At the end of our first day, I told her that I would need a day or two to be sure of my decision and NO ONE TRIED TO UPSELL ME. Turns out, they don't work for commission. They get a bonus based on how well their location does. Support your local employees and let them help you, you won't regret it.

The associate that helped me took her time to show me how to use the products I had purchased. Also, she did a great job of adjusting my glasses. 10/10 would recommend this location.
