From the moment I walked in, Gene and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect pair of glasses and patiently explained the entire process, including understanding my prescription. Gene, in particular, stood out with his friendly demeanor, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help.
Dr. Minh Lai was equally impressive. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of my eye exam, clearly outlining all my options. Her explanations were thorough, her suggestions were insightful, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit.

I came in for a routine eye exam and want to make it clear: the optometrist was professional and seemed competent. However, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the front desk staff and a concern about hygiene.
From the moment I walked in, the receptionist's attitude felt cold and dismissive. When I asked a simple question, I was abruptly told to "sit down," with no warmth or explanation. It wasn't what was said--it was how it was said. I didn't feel welcomed or respected, and the tone set the wrong atmosphere for a healthcare visit.
What made matters worse was during the exam, the technician wiped down the machine--the place where I was supposed to rest my face--with a tissue, not an antibacterial wipe. That was not only unprofessional, but a basic sanitation concern that left me uncomfortable.
I'm not leaving this review out of bitterness, but out of honesty. First impressions matter, especially in healthcare. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and offered clean, safe equipment. The optometrist may be capable, but the front desk and cleanliness need serious attention. I've chosen to continue my care elsewhere and hope this feedback is taken seriously.
