Dr. William Quayle is one of Houston's premier eye doctors. He preformed cataract surgery on both of my eyes with precision and extreme expertise. He is a joy to visit-- professional, friendly and highly skilled.
You won't find a better eye doctor in Houston. He also has an excellent staff who truly cares for all of his patients. They are as compassionate as he is and as a team, they are unequaled. Highly recommended.

Dr Quayle performed lasik surgery on both of my sons 18 years ago and I was impressed back then so when came time for my cataract surgery I knew that Dr Quayle would be my doctor.

I was introduced to Houston Eye Associates in 2006. My mother, who was in her late 80s then, moved to Houston that year. When she asked the woman, who would later become my spouse, about a recommendation for an optometrist she immediately recommended Houston Eye Associates.
Since my mom did not drive, I usually took her to her HEA appointments. I got to see first hand how HEA handled their patients. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. When it came time for me to switch optometrists, I selected HEA.
The doctors are thorough and their communication skills are outstanding. The nursing staff is second to none. HEA performed my cataract surgery in 2018 (both eyes) and their procedure and after care were wonderful.
I believe you won't find a better group of more dedicated doctors and staff that those that practice at HEA.

This office is always quick to accommodate! I had an emergency and they worked me in immediately! The waiting room is all socially distance and staff has strict Covid protocol! Dr Quayle is so awesome! My eye is already 1000 times better after one treatment of drops he prescribed! I HIGHLY recommend him!

William H Quayle, MD, has been involved in ophthalmic surgery for the past four decades since beginning his ophthalmology practice in 1977. He joined Houston Eye Associates in 1982. HEA is the oldest and largest ophthalmology physician group in the Texas Gulf Coast. Dr Quayle was an undergraduate of Yale University where he received a bachelor's degree in Psychology before completing his master's degree in Microbiology at the University of Missouri. Dr Quayle's medical education includes his MD degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO, an internship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, and his residency at The University of Texas, San Antonio.
