Last year I got my first exam here, everything went fine, this year I had some issues with my prescription. It was hard to get another appointment to get re checked, the prescription is still wrong and I am having issues being able to see well and there is ABSOLUTELY no way to contact them
The only way to contact is through the office and there is noone there, the sign shows its always open but in reality it never is.
The system allowed me to schedule an appointment today and I showed up yet noone did, and there is no way to get a reach of anyone.. what am I supposed to do with my wrong prescription now? This is unnaceptable, i have been having issues with my prescription for over 4 weeks now and now I got to see what the heck I have to do since I never got a reply back nor even a notice that he no longer is at the office.

I have tried multiple times in the last month to contact them. No email or phone response. We have gone on multiple occasions when their sign says they will open, but they are closed.
