I've been coming to Woodforest Eye Care for years, and I can't say enough good things. Dr. Pham is awesome--she always makes me laugh but stays super professional at the same time. I always feel like I'm in good hands with her. Askayra at the front desk is the best! She greets me by name every time I come in and always takes great care of my prescriptions, whether it's for contacts or glasses. Highly recommend Dr. Pham and her team--they really make you feel taken care of.

Idk how they have lots of 5 star ratings... I went with my daughter and the big lady at the front desk was very rude to my daughter and I..... if she's unhappy about her job she needs to get another one..... Also unprofessional one of the girls working in the back was taking my eye exam and was doing it under my daughters name. Mined you my daughter is 6 years old and she was telling the lady why is my name on the eye exam if it's my moms is taking the eye exam and not me... I went to pick up my glasses and the big lady at the front desk was the one who had to handle my glasses. I was hoping for a different attitude but NOPE... She didn't handle my glasses with care... her attitude is not the greatest. If you're working with people everyday you should be friendly I think.....Not going back
