They have a real nice scam going here. When you go in for an appointment you have to pay $50 above what your insurance pays or anything else if you want to get glasses. They will not give you a prescription. If you already have glasses they just modify what you're wearing so that you have to get glasses at their facility. I had my own frames and with that and what the insurance pays, it was about $1000 for a pair of glasses! I will never go to this place again! And by the way, it'll take you at least three hours to go through their process. This place is insane. I guarantee any good reviews are fake reviews.

Waited 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment for the first part of appointment to be seen, have now been here over an hour in the second waiting room, everyone else has been seen 1 some even 2 times. Have yet to be seen or told anything. Horrible customer service when it comes to following appointment times.
2 hours after appointment time were moved to second exam room and wait another 15 minutes before we were seen by the doctor.
Very dissatisfied with the time it took here.

I was able to get a same day called for appointment. The receptionist was outstanding and demonstrated welcoming behaviors that made me feel like the experience would be GREAT. The person that took me in first was not as personal and friendly. She was more focused on getting me evaluated and not very patient with my nervousness. The doctor was friendly and his assistant was polite. I appreciate him explaining what he was doing and making sure my questions were answered.

Once you actually see the doctor it's a quick in and out as she takes care of business. However, the appointments overall take entirely too long.
**EDIT** I had my 1 year appointment today and I must say I was impressed. The wait time was reduced dramatically. I was in and out in just over an hour. Dr. Lin was very knowledgable with all my questions. Thank you for improving the overall experience. See yall next year!

My Wife and I both had new patient appointments with Dr Wilkerson. We arrived a little early for a 1:50 pm appointment and we're promptly taken to our respective exam rooms at exactly 1:50 pm. Talk about punctuality. I was impressed. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Dr Wilkerson took the time to explain all his findings and answer our questions. Overall a very pleasant experience.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt very comfortable. All the staff was great, the facility was clean, and I loved that they had little snacks available. Dr. Black is great and was even helpful in me selecting frams which I'll go back Murry week to purchase (I couldn't see well after the dilation so decided to wait). I love it.

It was a nice experience overall, the staff was friendly and helpful! The appointment was fairly quick but we enjoyed our visit to Doctor Black The only complaint I have (and it's not the worst thing in the world) is that we didn't receive a copy of my prescription. However, that can be easily fixed and it's partly our fault for not remembering either
