Focus vision is always a pleasure to visit! All personnel are professional and extremely friendly. I love being taken care of by Dr. Thames. Dr Thames even lets me ask questions regarding how eyes work and without hesitation explained the answer to my curious questions. Explained what the data said exactly about my eye health. I can not express how impressed I was with this business! From the moment I walked in the staff was super friendly, knew what they were doing. They even went beyond the call of duty to help me with my insurance. Their equipment is more modern than a retina care place I have been to here in Austin. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions which were many! She was able to show me more details of my eye and ARMD and Glaucoma than any of my previous specialist. I emphatically recommend them ! I was super impressed with the whole experience! Great job team!

Dr Jordan is thorough, efficient and explains everything very well throughout your exam. And--she is as friendly as they come! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing eye care--either extensive or just routine exams. She discovered a detached retina for my husband and helped him navigate the entire process to see a surgeon and follow ups after his surgery. Thankfully my daughter and I have only needed routine annual exams and my daughter has done her contact fittings with Dr Jordan as well.

I've been going here for a couple years and I must say I love this office and the staff. The location is convenient and the only complaint I have is parking (expected with all the businesses and grocery store around). The staff is beyond amazing. Throughout the entire visit they were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I felt comfortable and welcome the whole time. They squeezed me in same day around the holidays and I was so grateful. They helped me find glasses in store and use my benefits so they wouldn't go to waste. I would recommend this office to friends and family and just anyone interested in a new place that just feels right. 10 out of 10!
