Best experience in years. From the moment I arrived throughout the whole visit Lisa was Awesome patient, professional and very knowledgeable. Kaden also very efficient and informative. Dr Buc was the Best so caring and very compassionate. Sai was a great help in the right choice of contact lenses purchase. He is very professional yet caring and friendly. I very highly recommend Pearl Vision Hutto for an excellent eye exam, great variety in eyeglass frames and all around experience.

Do not recommend. Went there beginning of November. All they really care about is collecting money. I was told my glasses were being ordered. 2 weeks later I called to follow up, was given a date of expected arrival, a week after that date I called and was told another date, 2 days later I called to follow up and was told a shipment has arrived they will call me if mine are in there. Called again then was randomly told I never made a payment (I have receipt, I know I paid what I was charged) then person I spoke with told me I had the best insurance and covered a lot. Which I had been told this previously so I agreed. Spoke to manager who told me I didn't pay which I explained I did and was even given dates of expected arrival on 3 separate occasions, he was supposed to look into it and call me back that same day. Here we are 2 weeks after that phone call and still no follow up and no glasses. One of the employees told me just to go get my glasses else where because they weren't ordering them. Definitely will not be returning or referring anybody here.

I absolutely love this Pearle Vision location, especially because of Dr. Buk! She is incredibly personable, super nice, and so easy to talk to. She takes the time to answer every question (even the ones you didn't know you had!).
We come here for my son, and I honestly can't express enough how amazing this office has been. If your child is beginning their journey with contacts, this is the place to go. Dr. Buk and the staff made my son feel completely comfortable and confident every step of the way. I'm so grateful for the care and patience they've shown, we won't go anywhere else!

I came in for an eye exam and glasses at 2:30pm and was told to hang out to see if an appointment would cancel. I left my cell number for someone to reach me and walked across the street to McDonald's. After and hour passed I got a call to come over and be seen. I completed the initial part of the eye exam and was told that the Dr. would be coming in. I sat for another hour and a half until 5:00pm. I was then given an appointment to come back a week later. I go for my appointment at 4:20. I was on time and was told to sit and wait. I was taken to an exam room at 4:32. I waited in the exam room until 5:00pm at which time I went back to the front desk and let them know I was leaving. I honestly don't think that this doctor accidentally forgot I had an appointment at 4:20 nor was she so busy she could not poke her head in the door and explain the wait. I think she is unprofessional and the staff there deserves better.

Wonderful customer service !Sai explained my benefits and was able to get me the best glasses. But now I am stuck a week after my expected glasses were due to be sent to me. Poor communication in regards to status of when i will get glasses.
