The service here was Amazing!! The doctors were very friendly and helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns you may have. They will explain everything to you and leave you with no questions or wondering!! I have to say it was my very first time ever shopping with Ken's crafters and I will definitely be back all over again!! The service was truly awesome and not to mention any of the staff so helpful even picking the glasses out and looking for a specific style just awesome!! 1,000% across the board!!

This is the absolute best place to get your exam and glasses/contacts!! My experience is always the best all around. The Dr. and staff were great!! They made sure they completely explained the entire process. I felt so comfortable asking questions and knowing that they genuinely cared by taking their time and making sure I left with knowledge of my situation. Then going next door to pick my glasses was top notch as well. Michael, the store manager was so patient and kind. He did not rush me and made sure I made the right decisions that fit my needs and left 100% satisfied. I have been coming here for the past three years and will continue to come to this location because it's the best!

Dr. Babin is amazing! It is always a quick and easy visit. I never leave with any questions - Dr Babin always walks me through my results in a way I can understand. The staff is always welcoming and pleasant. 10/10 care!

Michael was extremely patient and helpful in choosing frames and lenses at LensCrafters. Dr. Elizabeth completely rehabilitated what was about to be a negative experience at the Eye doctors office by not making me wait endlessly to complete my exam in a freezing exam room. She performed a thorough examination in a professional manner and brought to my attention things to watch for since I am diabetic. Together they were awesome !

TLDR: Irresponsible and incompetent staff lead to wrong prescription strength with no accountability I had an eye exam here back in February 2025, got a new prescription, and didn't use it right away since I still had extra contacts from my old one. When I finally ran out of my old prescription in September, I ordered contacts from DFW Eyes Now using that prescription -- and ever since, I've been getting headaches almost every day. My right eye is also noticeably blurrier than before (which makes sense, since that's the eye they changed the most). I called the office on October 9 to explain what's been happening and asked if they could recheck the prescription. Instead of showing any concern, I was told that since my exam was over 30 days ago, I'd have to pay out of pocket for a new one -- even though this is clearly a result of their original prescription. Also doesn't help that I also lose money out of pocket to (1) pay for the contacts (2) lost value of my insurance allowance since I obviously can't use those contacts. Additionally they can see that I bought my contacts directly through them just a couple of weeks ago and used my insurance allowance for it, so it's not like I went somewhere else or mixed up my lenses. To make things worse, the person I spoke to put me on hold and then hung up. I called back right after -- it said I was first in line -- and then I was hung up on again. At that point it was clear they just didn't want to deal with it. I'm not someone who leaves reviews for these type of businesses, but this whole situation has been miserable. I've had terrible headaches because of their mistake, and they won't even take responsibility or offer to check their work. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

The staff there is very awesome very professional well spoken they recommended Different types of eye exams, and explained everything in detail the process was nice and smooth. They even walked me next-door to LensCrafters. Best experience I've had going to get an eye exam.

Dr Kane did a great job as he has always done for me in the last 5 years. I had his full attention and was very happy with his explanations and answers to all of my questions.

I recently visited DFW Eyes Now for my eye checkup and had an excellent experience. Dr. Fatima Ibrahim was outstanding--she was patient, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the entire visit very comfortable. I truly appreciate the quality of care at DFW Eyes Now and would highly recommend DFW Eyes to others seeking thorough and compassionate eye care.
