Had such an awesome first experience here! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They had a great selection of frames to choose from. Also had some toys for my toddler to play with while trying on glasses! Highly recommend!

Visited 2/13/26. Absolutely fantastic experience buying new glasses! Diannah was so patient. Shehelped me for over an hour find just the right frames, tint for my lenses and went above and beyond in her explaining the charges to me. She is a true asset to this company! She made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I will definately buy from her again in the future.

The experience at myeyedr exceeds all expectations! Very friendly service. The staff and techs are amazing and really take the time to make sure you find what you need and make sure you get the best deals as possible, even without insurance. The doctors are very detailed and everyone makes you feel like family. Special thanks to jackie for taking care of me she is super knowledgeable and helpful.

1-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience at MyEyeDr., located at 7457 Las Colinas Boulevard, Suite 100. I came in to pick up the glasses I had selected, but when I returned, Jackie gave me a completely different pair than the ones I originally chose. When I pointed this out and asked for it to be addressed, she refused to resolve the issue or offer a reasonable explanation. I expected better attention to detail and customer service, especially when it comes to something as important as prescription eyewear. Unfortunately, the situation was handled poorly, and I left feeling frustrated and dismissed. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Dr Tran has been taking care of my eye health for at least 10 years and when I finally required cataract surgery he gave me an excellent surgery recommendation. When I was not quite seeing as I expected, Dr. Tran quickly diagnosed my problem and I'm now back to the surgeon for a minor tweak. I have complete confidence and Dr. Tran and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

Great staff and doctors, Luz Jackie and Dianah are always super helpful always make sure to do everything they can and answer any questions. Super patient and thorough even when busy. So excited for my new glasses!

This was the BEST eye appointment I've ever had in my life. EVERYBODY in this office is happy and has such a great attitude. The eye doctor explained everything to me in detail. I could tell she was experienced and the prescription she gave me feels perfect. Not too strong like others I've had in the past. Dianah was such a gem too. She made sure to get me the best deal on my contacts. I just found my forever eye doctor!

I have had several terrible experiences getting lenses from this place. This latest time I took in some frames and asked them to put lenses in them. I was promised the frames and lenses back on February 26. (Photo attached). On February 26, I got a call saying they would be delayed but be in on March 1 or 2nd. On March 4, I called to find out the status and was told March 12. And they don't even promise for them to be there by March 12, they simply say the lab will ship by March 12, which may mean it is into the following week before we get them. This is the last time I plan to do business with this company.
