Mays professional and attentive. Also Tony was patient with me and my husband trying out there variety of glasses. He even cleaned my old glasses and fixed them a so they fit me perfectly. I highly recommend Keller Eye Care. I've been going there for my annual eye exam with Dr. Thomas for some years now. Had an urgent eye issue come up over the weekend and Dr. Thomas meet me in her office on a Saturday to check it out. This is what an excellent practice does for their patents.

My wife has been going to this clinic for sometime and she has always been treated with good service. My issue here is the lack of accountability with their billing department that is a third party. I received a letter stating that I owe an amount, when I call the clinic they told me to call my insurance. My insurance tells me they already paid one claim but have not received the 2nd one. When I called the eye clinic they were unaware of this told me they will get back to me but received no call. Almost a month have past and I still have no answer, I still have to wait fir the third party to figure out if I owe something from one year ago.
