Vista Eye Associates

We have used Vista Eye Associates now for our last two eye exams and we couldn't be happier with their service. All of the people that work there are super friendly, kind and considerate. The Doctor is very personable and he makes you feel like your a person and not just his next patient. The exam is very thorough and they go over the results so you understand them. They also have a large selection of frames to choose from and will either help you choose or leave you alone so you can take your time to choose your own without feeling pressured to make a quick decision. I have and will continue to recommend Vista Eye Associates to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with Dr. Patel. He was incredibly patient and took the time to thoroughly address a specific eye concern I had. I never felt rushed, and his expertise gave me real peace of mind. Highly recommend!

They have a great selection of glasses and the staff is very knowledgeable and very nice. They are in a great new location!! Dr Patel is awesome. I highly recommend Vista Eye Associates for your eye care needs!!

This was my first visit to Vista Eye Associates, and it was a great experience. The office was very clean, well organized, and the staff were extremely helpful, polite, and attentive. A huge shoutout to Kendyl she is truly a subject matter expert when it comes to selecting frames that fit your face perfectly. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very resourceful throughout the process. I highly recommend Vista Eye Associates and will definitely be returning.

Dr. Patel does a wonderful, professional job of taking care of my eyes. The optometry staff here is very thorough, and they use all the latest machines to make sure they can catch any issues before they become bigger problems. I do feel like the eyeglass purchasing side of things can be a bit pushy, though. Even if you just need readers, they'll try to talk you into getting prescription ones there, which cost a lot more even with my insurance. I do like Dr. Patel, though, and am happy with Vista Eye in all other ways.

I am very loyal to the team at Vista Eye, I believe this is my 3rd year in a row to be cared for by their highly professional team. After a disappointing experience at a popular chain, but HOO am I to complain here? No this review is 100% positive, from being checked in by the front desk staff, to the various tests handled by well trained and knowledgeable technicians to both the doctors I have been examined by, I have nothing but full confidence in their abilities. Today was another example of Dr. Patel taking the time to thoroughly and patiently examining my eyes, and even having me redo one of my exams where the inside of my eye is photographed to educate me on a health condition that shows up in the eye, therefore alerting me to take action with my doctor to do some labs, I also had the pleasure of being assisted by the kindest and helpful associate while I was looking for frames. I received a text from my boss needing me to come handle an urgent issue and just like in past visits, she was so accommodating allowing me to leave and come back to make my final selection, so if you get decision fatigue like I do, she can offer her educated advice on the style and shape, I really needed that, as I myself struggle with my own objectivity. So if you prefer a more formal and personalized experience when having your eyes examined, I truly hope you check to see if your insurance is in network, and give them the opportunity to serve your eye care needs.

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly team of doctors and staff. Dr. Patel took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I left feeling that I had been given a very thorough exam. I highly recommend them.

The tech and optician were both a joy. They were smiling and helpful, and actually made my visit fun (what?). Dr. Patel was very nice. He explained everything, not just the what, but the why. I appreciated that. And he answered all my questions. I highly recommend this office.
