Dr. Shiloh Roberts, O.D.

Dr Shiloh is very nice. She actually asks if she has addressed everything I needed to discuss. Very personable and professional.

I have used the eye doctors for many years and have always been impressed. They are wonderful and knows the business I will never go anywhere else! Very friendly staff ! The doctors and staff are wonderful and very patient with my special needs daughter and she loves them will do what ever they ask her to do and that's a miracle if you know anything about special kiddos. Been using this eye doctors for almost 20 years

Had blurred vision in right eye along with a lightning strikes. Called first thing in the morning and was seen within a few hours by Dr Shiloh. She was thorough, kind and compassionate. She arranged for me to go directly to Tyler to be seen by a retina specialist. She calmly explained that it appeared my retina was detached and possibly torn. She comforted me during my melt down. Because of her swift actions I was able to get the surgery needed to reattach retina...that day. She called to check on me that evening. Because Dr Roberts had told me the signs to look for and because of Dr. Shiloh's quick actions to have me seen by the retina specialist my vision was restored. The staff was also kind and compassionate.

I really doubt that I will be coming back. I am a full time working mom. I do not have anyone to help me and I honestly forgot my insurance card at my house. As I turn in the paper work and she asked for my insurance card for my daughter, I told her I didn't have it. She said she can look it up but may not be able to find the info. As I walk away she loudly starts telling the other girl at the front that this is like the 5th time someone hasn't been in here with their card and how tired she is of it. Please be more professional. I could hear every word and I'm so mad right now and embarrassed beyond imagination. I'm very sure the old me would have just walked out but this is an appointment for my child so after this we will find a new optometrist.

I am NEVER going back to this place EVER again! I took my son to his appointment at 9:45... it took them til 10:55 to call us back to be seen (they saw all their familiars 1st) when i asked about the reason of why we havent been called back yet the girl at the front counter was VERY rude and didnt have any courtesy or respect. Then when my sons glasses came in they didnt come scratch resistant (although i paid out of pocket for ... thank God for reciepts!!!!) So i opted for a full refund.. PLEASE folks save your time , energy, and MONEY dont go to this JOKE of a place!

Not only does the staff act like it's not their job to help you but then when they do they don't even do it correctly l.. I have called twice for my husbands contact prescription and both time they sent me his spectacle prescription and this is after I requested it in office when I picked up his trial pair and they refused to give it to me until he had worn the trial pair.. seeing as how we paid for the exam and that is my husbands information it shouldn't matter what they like to do if I request it it should be given to us.. we loved the doctor he was very thorough and nice but his rude staff will definitely keep us from returning to his office..

I've been going to them for about 8 years now. They are always friendly and have a great selection of frames.

Doctors Jadie, JT and Shiloh are the best! Their staff is awesome and the process is second to none! I won't use anyone else!
