I've been coming here for years to get my glasses very nice place not very big but very nice if you're looking for a place to get glasses and get your eyes checked there a nice place

Dr is great, staff not so much. My son is getting ready to take his test for his driver's license and is overdue for an eye exam. Due to the insurance he has he wasn't able to get in for another 6 months. According to staff they only see patients with his insurance at 7:45am although my daughter with the same insurance comes in twice a year and has never had to go at 7:45am. Laura at the insight in White Oak suggested I find another eye Dr even though I have always used them for my kids and we love Dr. Pinkerton. Boy was she right, though! I went to myeyedr in Longview and they got him right in. Really disheartening that office staff would suggest patients go elsewhere after being established with them for years, but it was a blessing for me. We will never be back to insight, I am moving all my kids to a new eye Dr. Thanks Laura!!

I had an great experience from start to picking up my glasses. The receptionist checked me in quickly. Filled out a couple papers. Went right back with the Technician. She was very good. Preformed a few tests and asked some questions. The Doctor arrived soon after. I explained my current issue. He tried one set of lens ended up having to tweak one lens so my reading was easier. He took the time with to listen and assist me. After correct lens were found I went to the woman to get fitted for glasses. She told me 2 weeks but a week later I got my glasses. Came in to pick up. Also seamless. Checked in, went directly to fitting. Out in less than 15mins. For me, everything at this office was seamless. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend!!!!

As you can see from the photos that I added to my original post I did in fact call 98 times on May 1 and I did leave a voicemail with a call back # i live all the way in Pine Tree there was absolutely no way of me knowing that yall had a power outage in Kilgore your office could of have at least have had enough respect and decency to call back but no because my kids have medicaid I didn't didn't get that privilege and to me that is disrespectful and discriminating but it's all good I said my peace and warned others

They are so nice and Dr. Jeff was so nice to meet and my baby he explained everything to my understanding

Every-time I call and need assistance they're always so helpful. Everything from replacing one contact lens to scheduling an exam. Super quick and simple

Today, my 2 year old grand daughter got her second pair of glasses from Miss Lori. The Doc and staff were awesome again. So glad we went to such an awesome group of professionals!!

Dr. Pinkerton and his staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The visit was on scheduled time and went very smooth, from the check in process to glasses purchase.
