Great with children! Dr. Jackson made my sons (4 year old) appointment an enjoyable experience. There was little wait when we arrived. We first started with tears (his first eye exam ever ). The receptionists Bianca and Laura were able to calm him down. Once they were done, Dr. Jackson sat with my son in the examination room and explained every part of the exam and made it fun for him. He answered all my questions and was very accommodating. My son was very comfortable here and is looking forward to future visits. I highly recommend this office and staff for their professionalism.

I have been going to Dr. Jackson for about 17 years. He has always been friendly, intuitive and thorough with his eye exams..I will continue to go until he decides to retire.

Dr. William Jackson and his staff are excellent. Dr. Jackson is very thorough and made sure that I understood every step of my examination. He not only examined my eyes but he educated me during the process about the way things work with my eyes. I walked away from my appointment with a better understanding and several options for my treatment. My appointment allowed me to gain an understanding of the complete examination and the importance of each detail during the appointment. Dr. Jackson, also resolved the appointment by allowing me to ask any questions I may have when he completed the exam. THANKS, Dr. Jackson and staff for a wonderful experience during my appointment.

I'm living in San Marcos, Texas now and I still drive back to Lake Jackson to "The Eye Contact" to see Dr. Jackson due to his outstanding service and caring demeanor. Dr. Jackson is a friendly and sincerely cares about his patients and their eye concerns. His heart is truly in what he does and using his knowledge to help others. I have been going to his clinic for many years and he's the only eye doctor I trust. He is always accurate with our glasses and contacts. He is very knowledgeable his field and draws out conditions of the eye so you can understand to help you with any concerns you have regarding your eye health. He makes your concerns important and runs additional tests to give you immediate relief and helps to know any next steps you may need to take. It's really hard to find doctors of this quality today and I truly appreciate Dr. Jackson and his nice office staff's care. Dr. Jackson is by far the best eye doctor in Lake Jackson and better than any I've seen in the Austin, TX area too.

DR JACKSON and His staff are very professional The ladies helped me to be comfortable as I waited for Dr.Jackson. He is very educational, professional, funny, caring and shares much. The staff is likewise . The ladies shared much that I wasn't aware of towards my Ins, and they took da time to smile as I went on and on about eyewear prices and through it all they were very helpful to me on making my great choices . Dr Jackson has been our family eye doc for years. He is professional and very knowledgable. He even took time to draw a pic of the anatomy of the eye and explained some things to my curious daughter. We never have a long wait which I really appreciate. Professional office staff, competitive prices and quick turn around time on glasses and contact orders. We will definitely be loyal patients!
