Elite Vision Care

I went to Elite Vision Care for the first time yesterday, and it was hands down the best experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to help you. They talked me through every step of what was being done, and I really enjoyed talking with Josh during all the testing. It helped calm my nerves because I'm not a fan of the eye doctor. Lily was so sweet and helped me pick out new frames and order my contacts. The whole process was so smooth and easy. Dr. Carcano was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I'm.so happy I found them and they will definitely be my permanent eye doctor!

Elite Vision Care absolutely deserves a glowing review. Dr. Bui was outstanding--professional, warm, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made recommendations I've never had at other eye appointments. I was honestly impressed by how much better my vision was after following his guidance. The entire staff was just as great. Everyone was smiling and friendly from the very first phone call through the in-person visit, and the whole experience felt organized, efficient, and welcoming. Getting my glasses was also incredibly easy. The optical tech was so helpful and, best of all, not pushy at all. I'm hard on glasses and usually just want a cute pair that gets the job done--and she was completely supportive of that, no pressure to buy the most expensive option. That said, their designer selection is beyond impressive. They have all the big brands, and the last time I was there I bought a pair of Gucci frames that have held up beautifully. I highly recommend Elite Vision Care. I never write reviews, but they truly earned this one. Thank you for such a fast, friendly, and exceptional experience. I will absolutely be back every year.

I had a wonderful experience at Elite Vision! I worked with Jazmine W. and Micah, and they were both incredibly knowledgeable with outstanding customer service. They took the time to help me choose frames that are not only functional but also look great. I especially love my Chanel glasses with the magnetic, removable sunglass piece that snaps on and off -- such a smart and stylish feature! Every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted warmly by everyone -- from the front desk receptionists to the staff on the floor. It truly feels like a welcoming, friendly place where they care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Elite Vision is such a clean and beautiful facility. Love the expertise of all the employees. They were all super friendly, helpful and kind. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Especially to those who have little ones. My daughter loved the kiddie section and didn't want to leave.

Elite Vision Group was amazing! They accommodated me at the very last minute and still made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we walked in. My daughter loved the experience from her exam to picking out her frames. Their optometrist, Jazmine, was extremely friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. The moment I walked in the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The wait was very short. Everything was clean and explained to me in great detail. From the prep, to the eye exam, to getting help selecting my frames, every single person on staff was amazing.

I'm a new patient and giving this optometrist office ONE star due to their front staff. I made an appointment and saw Dr. Hazra who is friendly, professional and addressed all my concerns. I went back to get a prescription check and when I called to make this follow-up appointment spoke with Courtney who seemed annoyed when I asked her a few questions. I went to my follow up appt. and I checked in with the front desk person (don't know her name) who instructed me to sit at desk number 3. Then someone else asked me what I needed and they told me you don't need to sit at this desk but go to the back. I said out loud so I didn't need to sit here?? The same front desk person didn't apologize, just rolled her eyes and was in a rush to grab her purse and go to lunch. Courtney then said to her coworker yes, I'll make a note about what just happened in her file. It's an open area so this type of unprofessionalism is displayed in an open area. Again, no acknowledgement or apology that they made a mistake. Due to Courtney being rude on the phone and dismissive along with her coworker I will NOT return to this optometrist office. The owner can reply but my review stands and will be posted on other platforms. The front desk staff needs to do better!!

Dr Hazen and the entire staff from the front desk through the battery of eye tests and finally the young lady they assisted with the lens and frames were efficient and professional through the appointment. I highly recommend Elite Vision.
