Yolanda was ideal to work with and easy to talk to. She is knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. She also made recommendations so that I could make informed decisions. I highly recommend her.

Customer's may want to use America's Best for their vision care but this is a location you may want to skip. Customer service is a foreign concept. When I had lenses replaced I specifically requested I didn't want the AR coating and they added it and charged me anyway. Maybe the gentleman has an issue comprehending requests. I know that my family would never use this store.

Very disappointed after 15+ years as a loyal patient! I've been going to America's Best for over 15 years and never had a problem until now. I recently had my eye exam and purchased a year's worth of contacts. This morning, one of my brand-new lenses ripped right as I put it in, which left my eyes irritated -- and I still had to get through my workday and an hour-long drive home. When I called the office, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. I was told the only option was to buy another year's worth of contacts, and that I couldn't even get a sample pair to hold me over unless I bought a 6-month box -- even though I literally just had an exam and bought contacts from them. After being a loyal patient for so many years, I'm really disappointed in the lack of care and customer service. A little understanding and help would've gone a long way.

The associate, Yolanda, was super nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and explained all the details clearly. I really appreciated her help and excellent customer service.
