I can't speak about any other My Eye Dr optometrists, but I've gone to Dr Floyd for over 40 years! She's excellent. I also worked as a dispensing optician years ago. So I know what to look for in a comprehensive exam.

As it was my first time visiting, I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The entire staff was incredibly kind, and Dr.Floyd was also really nice, taking her time and listening carefully, which made me feel completely at ease. I absolutely loved it and felt so supported throughout--everything was just perfect!

The optometrist performed a thorough examination of my eyes. However , the lab for My Eye Doctor messed up the order for two of my pairs of glasses. Only my sunglasses were correct. The staff did not check my order before telling me that my glasses were ready. And, one pair of my lenses , the progressive lenses had to be redone three times even though I let them have my frames to make sure the lenses fit. The third time, these lenses were finally correct. The other pair of glasses required two attempts before they were correct. I will never go to My Eye Doctor again.

This is the best most accommodating eye doctor's office we've ever been to. I was super late for my daughter's appointment recently and just knew I was going to have to reschedule, but the staff and Dr. stayed late to squeeze her in anyway and I am forever grateful. Would definitely recommend!!!
