Dr. Frazee is an excellent ophthalmologist. He is very patient and takes the time to thoroughly explain test results and answer all my questions. I never feel rushed during appointments, and I truly appreciate how clearly he walks me through everything. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive eye doctor.

Excellent! First time visit to see Dr. Pham. I arrived without an appointment due to an urgent situation and she & staff were able to fit me in the schedule. Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. Dr Pham also did a Great job of answering my questions.

Before booking my initial appointment, I was quoted a specific rate over the phone. I attended the visit, and while the doctor was kind and professional, the positive experience was overshadowed by a subsequent billing issue. I paid the amount I was quoted at the time of service, assuming everything was settled. However, two months later, I unexpectedly received a bill for an additional $50 with no explanation whatsoever. When I called the office to inquire about this charge and request that it be waived, I was informed that it was "too late" because the bill had already been processed. This situation highlights a concerning lack of clear communication regarding patient costs and a rigid billing policy. Receiving an unannounced additional charge two months after a service, especially after being quoted a rate upfront and paying on the day, is unacceptable. It creates distrust and frustration. Better communication with patients about potential additional charges and more flexibility with billing discrepancies are definitely needed. Now trying to pay the bill online without creating a patient portal account and I am unable to do so and paying over the phone is not an option I would like to explore. Frustrating to say the very least.

I have been to both locations, Lewisville and Plano. The efficiency, functionality and caring staff are only overshadowed by the knowledge and attention to details of Dr Frazee. He took great care and concern when I had shingles in my left eye and across the top of my head. I owe my recovery to his skill, vast experience and well trained assistants. TWF
