I have had poor eyesight since I was very young and have seen many ophthalmologists over the years, but this is the first time I have met such a thorough and truly wonderful doctor The doctor is always kind to my children and makes them laugh, so they actually look forward to their eye appointments Whenever Chika has a question or needs help, she is always very kind and supportive, which we truly appreciateWe are very grateful and look forward to continuing our care here.|

The people who run this office are so kind and friendly, great small place. They have a smaller selection of glasses frames but really great looking ones with reasonable priced ones to more expensive ones.

I would give a 1 star for customer service if I could let's start by saying you can't Actually book an appointment online you have to put your information in and then someone will reach out to you from what I assume would be via phone call was actually by email never received one phone call. Just trying to coordinate getting booked for an appointment back-and-forth via email so after realizing they were not going to simply pick up the phone and call me to schedule me I decided to call to the Office to get help the lady asked me for my insurance information but for some reason she could not find it she told me to call my insurance company and then give her a call back to get scheduled. I asked her could she go ahead and get me scheduled and then I would call back with my insurance information within five minutes. She tells me she tells me no she needs me to do that first before she can schedule me. I asked her oh so you don't take customers without insurance like paying out-of-pocket she tells me yes I said well can you schedule me that way and then when I call back, you can get my insurance information or do you book it a different way based on if a person has Insurance or not she said no but I just need you to call your insurance first She was very rude. I asked her was as a family owned business. She said yes very rudely I was happy I called and got to experience how they treat potential customers

My wife and I went to get eye exam on the first week of February at Dr. Battani's office. We are new patients and did not know what to expect. We went there because of the many great reviews. Once we visit his office we feel welcomed because the staff and the doctor are very nice and friendly people. They care about their patients. Dr. Battani takes the time to do thorough eye exam and provide detail explanations to us. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable at what he does. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.

Such an awesome experience! First time seeing Dr. Battani and he was so helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He took his time explaining everything and answered all of my questions. The rest of the staff are very nice as well making the whole experience wonderful. I definitely look forward to future visits here. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient for more than 20 years and have been treated with the utmost respect every time I go. Dr. Battani is patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. His staff is equally amazing!

If I could give more than five stars I would. My family has been coming to see Dr.Battani for almost 12 years now. He has seen my family for our year checkups (Diabetic and Contacts exams). We had to go to another office a few years ago and now demand that he is a provider under our insurance.
