Stanton Optical

Went in today with my husband and our infants. We were immediately greeted but everyone, they were so kind. My appt was at 11 and from the pre-exam to the hybrid exam was the Dr. - it all went so smoothly and was such a pleasant experience. I cannot remember the name of the girl who helped me, but she was a blessing. Also, the man that was there was also a blessing, because he gave my active 15 month old a coloring book. I highly recommend Stanton Optical and cannot wait to go back next week and get my glasses!!!

I am writing this review because I am not happy about the service I received yesterday after registering and scheduling an appointment on line. I scheduled an appointment for 6:15 for an eye exam. If the eye doctors who are remote don't want to be bothered that late in the day then don't allow appointments to be made on line during that time frame. I was even early, came at 6 from work and at 6:45 it looks like the system shuts down for the day which doesn't allow the exam to happen. The ladies in the office were awesome and this is no disrespect to them. I feel if I was able to select 6:15, I should have been examined no matter what time it was. It's not like they were in the office and I'm not sure where they were exactly. There. I said what I said. UPDATE: I am still not happy about taking the time to make an appointment, the appointment be set but was not honored. BUT, I still needed my eyes checked so I went back the next day. Italie recognized me and took SUCH good care of me, she even picked out the best pair of frames for me that I can't believe I love and they looked great. She made the whole experience very pleasant and I am glad that I gave it a second chance. She is an awesome young lady, smart, helpful and genuinely enjoys when a client finds frames they like - she mentioned that this is her favorite part. I have to say Stanton was on my "do no enter" list but Italie has restored my faith. Now I can't wait for my frames to arrive so I can go back and I hope Italie is there. Stanton, thank Italie for restoring my faith.

I had a terrible experience at this optical store. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was completely lacking--no greeting, no acknowledgment, and when I finally did get help, the staff seemed uninterested and rushed. The store was disorganized, and the selection felt messy and overpriced for what they were offering. When I asked questions about lenses and frames, the associate gave me vague answers and seemed annoyed that I was even asking. To make matters worse, the turnaround time they promised was not accurate--I was told same day, but ended up waiting days with no clear updates. Overall, this place is unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth the frustration. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Just walked in and took me a couple mins to get my glasses fixed by a guy named jontrell, bro was nice and did it quick no fuss just straight to The point and that's what is needed more!!

Italie was quick and efficient when I pulled in to get my glasses repaired. They had gotten loose over time and she finished up with a customer quickly and had me out in about 3 minutes with a smile. She made me feel like a million bucks! Go see her!

Okay guys and gals, head over to Stanton optical if you need help with repairing your ray-bans. Jasmine you rock, I went to Walmart down street and no one was able repair them. I also called The Hut in grapevine they said they would have to order the nose piece, 5-8 days to arrive. Not at Stanton optical, thank you Jasmine for fixing my prescription sunglasses. I wanted to hug you,

The service was quick and courteous, the price fit my budget, and my glasses were delivered rapidly.

Jontrell was very helpful and pleasant on a busy day where eye exams were free. I was so impressed with him easily staying professional and attentive. He smiled the entire visit! We did have to wait longer than I expected but his service to my kids was outstanding!
