Refuses to re-see patients with prescription isn't / new contacts are not correct. (This is within the first 3 weeks of new prescription.) Called last Friday to ask to be re-seen. Had to call back 3 business days later b/c I did not get a return phone call as promised - only to be told - he just wants you to try a new brand. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The visit itself was fine but have not been able to schedule a needed follow up. No one answers the phone at any of the locations and there is no voicemail. There is no email in which to schedule a visit and the doors are locked during supposed office hours. There is a form online to schedule an appointment but I don't need an initial visit as I have already had one and there is no other option with the online form. At this point, I just want my prescription so I can go somewhere else. I apologize if this business has closed and that is the reason they cannot be contacted.

First of all, I will be returning, as I got the wrong prescription! I gave it a week and my eyes still have not adjusted to these glasses. Second, the eye doctor was NOT very pleasant. When I return, I would like to see a different doctor OR possibly go to the related office elsewhere.

Inexperienced employees working here ( front desk). My time was wasted today at this office. Due to the young lady not knowing the difference between in network ( contracted ) and out of network ( non-contracted). Not only did she make several mistakes, she didn't apologize once.
