As a first time eye glasses person I was very disappointed in the service i got in the optical side. They just put 4to5 trays out of frames for me to look at without any help with the choices for my frame face. I felt rushed by them as well I feel like the lady should have taken a little time with me to explain

I had cataract surgery in Lufkin and all my follow up appointments were here in Livingston I highly recommend this place the doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly and the staff are really friendly I have been going there for my checkups and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else , they are all wonderful and treat you like family. Unfortunately I have to give one star. I was excited to try a new optometrist here in town, my eye exam was way off from my usual farsightedness. Dr. Romero had me in some near sighted prescription. I had to travel out of town, back to my previous optometrist office to get the correct eye examination and prescription.

Just completed my exam and contact fitting. Both the technician and Dr. Romero were considerate in listening to my needs and we proceeded in that direction. Appointment was at 10am. Paperwork was completed by 10:15am and was out of the exam by 11:05am.
