Walmart Vision & Glasses

I come here often to have my son's glasses fixed. These ladies here are super fast at it and super kind and professional. Occasionally you do get that one that has an attitude but overall, the other ladies have all been kind and friendly!

Lindsey and Karen were very patient and very helpful! I had questions and concerns and they were able to assist with no issues. Definitely recommend this center and team.

I want to ask why Candiance let the 3rd person in line skip me (currently 3 months pregnant) AND skip the lady in front of me. As soon as the seat cleared with Candiance, the 3rd lady in line took the seat instead waiting behind us when she had only been in line behind me for about 2 minutes. Candiance didn't even look at us. The 3rd person who skipped us turned and said sorry to us. But no one gave us an explanation as to why Candiance let her skip us. Me and the lady in line were waiting maybe 10 minutes before the 3rd lady got in line when this happened around noon. This made us wait about an additional 10 minutes while another seat cleared. The lady who skipped us mentioned that she was getting her prescription fixed to bifocals. So what? I was also getting my prescription fixed to another kind of contacts. And the lady in front of me only needed a small adjustment to her glasses. I find the lack of communication from Candiance to be very rude and inconsiderate especially to me who is pregnant and showing already because I'm small. I have worked in customer service for 14 years and I know to always communicate with your customers. It lets your customers feel seen. Kelleye was nice and communicated with us as soon as she saw us waiting in line, letting us know that they will be with us as soon as they can. She communicated this to us before the 3rd person got in line and skipped us. I know they were busy today (Nov 3, 2025) but communication from Candiance when she let the 3rd lady in line skip us was necessary because it made this pregnant woman feel ignored and perhaps the lady in front of me also felt this way especially when she was 1st in line and only needed a small adjustment. I am also not exaggerating with the wait times because I have text messages of when I let my husband know what happened and when the lady and I were finally getting taken care of. I put 1 star for Candiance because of this experience. But if I could, I would put 5 stars for Kelleye who was kind and communicated very well.

When I came in to get my glasses and contacts they were very helpful and both arrived a few days earlier than expected.

Karen, was very patient with me , helped me out even when they were very busy.

Vision center was great! LeeAnne was my Optician and she was incredibly helpful. She let me know about their promotions and helped me select frames that were within my budget and style! Highly recommend her and the vision center!

Love the crew Great selection of frames. The prices are great! Turnaround time is epic amazing! Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful... Professional and knowledgeable. Except for one person, she said she's the manager kind of rotund with long dark hair Three times now and interacting with her she is unnecessarily snotty. Maybe because I'm skinny who knows what goes on for people. But I can say that her level of Customer Service is the exact opposite of pretty much everybody else who works in this location. Not just an attitude, but also in the service provided Abrasive and near bully .... if she's a manager, then her manager must be just like her
