America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

My fiance and I have both been to this location, all of the staff is SUPER friendly, and they all do great work. It took a bit but they were also super busy. Aidan has helped both me and my fiance with our glasses, and is super knowledgeable, and such a friendly guy. Aidan if you see this, thanks man!

First time going there filled out some paperwork he was very helpful without even asking, she took me to the back where there is a waiting room and didn't wait long at all. The lady doing my eye exam was very nice. I did my eye exam through zoom with the Dr whom was very nice as well. Then I went back to lobby and looked for the glasses I'd been wanting. I found them and bought they are the magnetic glasses and I also bought three toppers to go with my glasses. I plan on collecting a lot of toppers for my glasses. The lady that helped me was also very nice everyone was very nice very attentive and paid attention to my needs. They told me I would get my glasses in two weeks and I did. I'm happy with my glasses. I highly recommend "America's Best".

Everyone I interacted with was very polite, but the overall service was extremely unorganized. When I first went to pick up my contacts, I was only given my left eye. I was provided trial contacts for my right eye for 10 days, which was fine at first. However, once those ran out, I called to check on my order and was told my contacts still weren't ready and would arrive in a few more days. I explained that I would not be able to see out of my right eye the next day and asked if I could get more trial contacts. After being on hold for about 15 minutes, they suddenly "found" the right contact lens. On top of that, my glasses were ordered over a month ago. I received a notification today that they were ready, drove to the office, and after about 20 minutes was told they had lost them. I then waited an additional 25 minutes while they searched, but they were never found. Now I'm expected to make another trip back once they locate them, which is a hassle. While the staff was courteous, the lack of organization and repeated issues made this a frustrating experience.

From the check in to the exam to the ordering 2 pairs of glasses I would say everything was smooth. Now sadly I didn't catch all the workers names but I did catch Haileys name and she helped me with picking out the glasses and gave me her advice and opinion (which i asked for) and helped me alot. If you're looking for a place to buy a pair of glasses or need a exam I feel strongly about this place and would recommend it. -Aaron

Come to America's Best for Pair eyewear! Love that they have so many options to choose from now! PAIR Eyewear is my jam and Brittany is AMAZING! Better than Stanton, VisionMart, Eye Glass World COMBINED!!!!!!

Amazing experience since I walked in! They made easy and fast for me! Thanks to Hailey I was able to walk out with new glasses! You girls are the best!

I have been to other America's best. And normally they do great work. But this location is the slowest location I have ever seen. They told me its because the doctor at this location is very slow. I mean very very slow. The wait time is severe. The doctor is from Texas Vision Associates. The front staff seems to be good but the wait time makes it unbearable. I do not recommend. At least not this location. Sad.

Amazing customer service from everyone across the board. I have been to other places for my contacts over the years but this place is consistently the best. Smart, friendly, and compassionate. Highly recommend.
