My husband saw her and was disappointed from beginning to end. She was irritated that he didn't want to get a contact Rx and then told him he shouldn't have even bothered to come in. He was in for his diabetic screening and she just went through the motions after saying again he should have just gone to his optometrist instead of coming to her. When they were trying to make his appt for next year he told them not to bother he will never come back in and deal with her then walked out.

Rude and condescending. Treated me like I was an idiot. Not my fault she can't get my contacts right the first time. If I can't see with the first ones she gives me that's on her. She got angry and acted as if it was my fault she didn't get it right. If it's too blurry for me to see then she should fix the problem not treat me as if I am being difficult. I will never see her again. I wanted to stay with Texas Tech and that's why I returned to her even though she had treated me so badly last year. I won't ever see her again.

I would not use this lady ever in my life again. She was so very rude and was rushing through the whole process. She walked into the room and looked at my little one and rolled her eyes then wanted to dilate my eyes for a normal eye exam. When I told her no she stated she couldn't do my exam, I told her that I have had many exams without dilation and I refused to have it done. She kinda raised her voice stating that that's the only way she could see if my eyes we're healthy. I again told her that I refused the dilation just to do the eye exam. At this point I felt like she was rushing to do my exam and didn't do a very good job.

Constance Crossnoe, O.D., received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Abilene Christian University and her optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry (UHCO). Prior to moving to Lubbock, she worked as a Research Assistant Professor at UHCO and was a study optometrist for 2 multi-center national clinical trials funded by the National Institutes of Health. She joined Texas Tech Physicians in 2011 and practices at our Texas Tech Eye Consultants office.
