Densmore Vision

I have been seeing Dr. Densmore for the past 4 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and care I get from this office. The front desk staff are always helpful and understanding. Dr. Densmore's schedule can get busy during certain times of the year, and I really appreciate the helpfulness when making appointments, if I cannot get in quickly. Amy, in the eye glasses/ordering contacts area, is great about making adjustments quickly and notifying me when my contacts are ready for pick up. The care I get from Dr. Densmore is top notch. She's extremely patient and thorough. I recently had an emergency situation and she was quick about fitting me in and genuinely concerned about my issue. I am glad I am in good hands with my optical health. Thanks so much Dr. Densmore and Staff!

Dr Densmore was great. No problems with my prescription. However the front office staff is atrocious. I'll probably switch doctors just because of that. Even as a patient, my glasses broke but because they aren't under warranty the lady at the front desk looked at me, barely looked at them, and said " no they are broken" and they won't do anything. They could have been fixed, it was basically a screw that came out. Most offices have someone that at least attempt to fix your glasses even if they aren't under warranty. Even so, she was rude as hell and gave dirty looks. They obviously don't care very much about patients. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctors office over something simple. I'm betting any doctors office in Lubbock would be better.

Dr. Densmore is great and her staff are some of the nicest people you'll meet. Highly recommend them over the big franchises in town. They are so much easier to deal with.

Insurance department of office is incompetent and lazy not willing to go the extra step to verify insurance coverage and was told by employee "I don't have time to call insurance companies on my patients " I was totally covered by insurance.

She is a great eye doctor. I got new glasses and I can see. My eyes are relaxed. Didn't realize I needed that.

Super nice and honest! She has a true heart for her patients
