Dr. was rude the whole visit and the old lady in the front was rude, my kids were asking me why the doctor was being mean to them I just said let's get this over with We'll never come back. Don't recommend this place to anyone especially with children

Worst experience ever ..... I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my experience with Dr. Billings. During my visit, I encountered behavior that I believe was racially biased and deeply inappropriate for a healthcare setting. I felt dismissed, disrespected, and extremely uncomfortable. As a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity and equality, regardless of my background. Unfortunately, that was not the case in this situation. I believe everyone deserves access to care that is free from discrimination and prejudice. I would strongly caution others, especially individuals from marginalized communities, to reconsider seeking care from this provider. I am sharing this feedback with the hope that it will be taken seriously, and that appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that no other patient has a similar experience.

Had to take my niece here everyone was nice but him ( the dr ) my niece is mixed asked her to spit her gum and and asked her if she preferred watermelon with seeds or with out extremely inappropriate and if I didn't HAVE to take her here I wouldn't. Nobody would see her as soon as they could and now I can see why they had immediate appointment availability.

I love Dr. Billings, the kids and I have never had a bad experience with him. Of course my boys and my grandson have been taught to stand up, greet and shake a doctors hand when they walk into the room. It is very rude to chew gum during an examination and if the responsible adults do not teach the children this, then it's up to the doctor to tell them to spit it out. My biracial granddaughter loves her conversations with Dr. Billings. She loves that he'll ask about school and her grades and sports and she'll usually have a challenging question or two for him to answer as well. Teaching our children good manners and respect earns them points throughout their entire life, if they use them in any setting.

Great doctor, good location for ttu students. Had an absolute 10/10 experience.

We were anxious about our visit today because of all the negative reviews. However, my 11 year old had a pleasant experience the whole way through. We were treated very well by the entire staff as well as Dr Billings everyone was very kind and professional.

Front desk and everyone was so nice like always! Been here a few times over the last few years and have never had a bad experience. The front desk is super nice and friendly, the lady who does the initial part of the exam with the three machines is always so friendly and makes you feel so at ease. Doctor Billings is amazing at what he does and always gets me my correct prescription. I was getting contacts and he sat there waiting for me and cheering me on (while also not pressuring me). The man who helped me pick out new glasses was very efficient and friendly as well! Amazing business with an amazing staff! I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. I highly recommend this place over any other!

Everybody was absolutely sweet and amazing EXCEPT Dr. Billings. He had my daughter throw out her lozenge and made her look at him when talking to him was completely rude and very unprofessional. And treated me like I was very stupid. If this is the way he is going to treat his patients he should just close his office because nobody deserves to be treated that way. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Even as a last resort.
