I want to tell you that if you need glasses or contacts, go to Eyeglass World. You won't be disappointed. Jaymee helped me with picking out frames in December. I went today for an adjustment. She is so professional, great at her job and is the sweetest person. She did an awesome job adjusting my glasses to fit better. I have been so impressed with Eyeglass World. You won't be disappointed if you choose them. I went back to Eye Glass World for them to check my new glasses that won't stay on. I told them I think the frame is too big. They agreed. Thank you Ariah for helping me today! I was inspired by your glasses so, I went with metal frames. Thank you to all the employees who are very professional.

James was extremely helpful in selecting my new glasses. She explained the pricing to me completely so I understood exactly what I was getting. Jayme was very professional. She needed to answer the phone while she helped me. She excused herself, answered the phone, returned to me, and returned to the phone as soon as an associate was available all while talking with me. If I hadn't worked as a receptionist I would have never known how diligently she was watching her associates. She's a keeper!

We've shopped there for years and each time we've had a good experience. Good prices quick service and no bs. This time we had Jazmyn and she was good at answering all of our questions.

The staff at Eyeglass World is courteous, patient, and friendly. Juan, the assistant manager, is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, and treated me as if I was the only customer in the store. The prices are more than reasonable.

Jaymee Barrera has always done an amazing job at helping me find the perfect glasses and even sunglasses. I do wish that you guys took VSP as I love being able to see the physician and walk around the corner to choose my glasses. I think you guys have a great selection that a lot of other places don't have.

I love coming here! Today I came in to get my glasses adjusted, but found out that they were totally broken! Ariah and Alejandra helped me find the same frames and got me back to being comfortable super fast, in less than 30 minutes! They were so kind and helpful, and I love my new frames! This is why I keep coming back :)

I share eye glass world with everyone. They saved me at a location in Utah for my daughter 9 months ago. I swore then I would never go anywhere else. Coming into this one in Lubbock today only further solidified my commitment. Juan went above and beyond in costumer service. He was so attentive to every detail and helped immensely with not only getting my daughter's glasses fixed that she broke but also getting my son taken care of. Let me tell you, if you want a place with a great selection of frames, phenomenal 5 star costumer service, great prices and deals with excellent quality, warranties, and overall service, this is the place for you! I'm never going anywhere else. I've worn glasses and contacts the majority of my life and never found a place this good. 10/10 recommend in every area.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Angel. Almost every time we have gone in, she has helped us! She is so caring and understanding and worked with us when we needed to come back later in the week due to unforeseen circumstances. When we did come back in to pick up the glasses, we worked with Justin, who gave the same positive experience! We will be coming back! Thank you so much!
