Friendly Eyes Optometry

I always enjoy my experience, it is always smooth, easy, and quick! And if you ever get the chance to have Ben helping you pick out the perfect lenses for you, you are in for a treat! It's been about a month since I went to get my glasses and when I saw him, we picked up right where we left off! We caught up on anything and everything we talked about in my first visit and he remembered everything little thing. It's not every day you get customer service like that, next time I stop by the mall, I may just stop by to say hi!!

Great staff! I've been meaning to set up my appointment but the receptionist has been on top of it with friendly email reminders. They educated on the importance of a routine exam and were able to quote my insurance. Amazing customer service! I'll be booking with them soon

I recently visited this office to have my eyes examined and my prescriptions updated. The front desk staff were courteous and professional, but unfortunately my experience with the doctor was deeply disappointing. I was informed that there was nothing they could do for my vision needs, and I was offered a non-prescription option instead. The doctor appeared visibly frustrated, which left me feeling uncomfortable, even though the situation was beyond my control. Despite being told they could not assist me, I was still charged $49 and given an inaccurate prescription with zero lenses. I was also informed that the charge was required, even though no meaningful service was provided. Additionally, my insurance was used despite the fact that they were unable to help me at all. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office.

This was my first time there and they are very professional and quick. The doctor was very soft spoken and kind. I will be returning

Best place to get your eyes done! I've been to many places here in Lubbock over the past 40 years and I have to say this place is the best. When I walked into the door the assistant manager welcomed me with a huge smile and asked what I needed. I was a walk in and they just happened to have an appointment at 3:00 to get me in. They walked me over to next door to do my paperwork and immediately sent me back to get my eyes checked. They have this cool machine that will tell them what your prescription is. When the eye doctor was checking my eyes he said that my prescription was lower than it has been for years, which is cool. Then I walked back over to pick out my glasses and they were so kind and very helpful. The next week I went back in and picked them up and I can't believe how well I can see. Huge difference. My insurance paid for most of it and I was thrilled on the price. I've never paid that price. I was shocked. If you're looking somewhere to get your eyes checked this is definitely the place to go. Every one of those employees in both buildings was super nice. The doctor was so laid back and answered my questions. They only let me give a 5 but if it was up to me I'd give them a 100 Star. Best place in town! Highly recommend!!!

I took my son in today for an eye exam. As soon as we got there, we were greeted promptly. Linda did the preliminary eye exam she was awesome. My son was very comfortable with her. She explained everything to him In a way he could understand. The doctor was just as awesome. He was so kind and patient. I would definitely recommend LensCrafters.

I Arrived for my appointment and staff was super friendly. Went back for my appointment and the doctor was a nice guy. Went through the process and the doctor indulged my questions and helped me understand all of the eye pictures and what forth. Good experience and I will look forward to seeing them at my contact fitting and I suspect I will book next year's appointment there as well! Great Job!
